<Command List> node refers to <Index Entries> for address@hidden ENTRY', but
<Index Entries> does not mention that command at all. Instead, it is
in <Predefined Indices>, <Indexing Commands>, <Combining Indices>,
<syncodeindex>.
Which is why the index entry refers to the "upper" section. One of
those times when there's no one best place to refer to, it seems to me.
Having an index entry for @findex in every one of the index sections
seems even more confusing, it's not like they're all independent
references. And @vindex, for example, isn't mentioned at all except in
Predefined Indices, yet all the same references actually apply.
Anyway, thanks for mentioning it.
