It seems strange to me that the testsuite requires finding the
installed files first in PATH rather than using them from the build
tree, but maybe this is documented somewhere and I just missed it.
Just an oversight I guess. Hopefully Akim or I can try to fix whatever
needs fixing in that regard. Thanks.
