I just put texinfo-4.8a.tar.{gz,b2} on ftp.gnu.org.
There are no real changes.

The Texinfo distribution is mentioned in connection with the GNU FDL in
the GNU maintainers manual.  So rms advised me to make an updated
distribution with just the fdl updated (with the new FSF address).
That's all this is.

I continue to work toward the next real release.  Trying out what's in
CVS would be most welcome :).
