Looks good. Current CVS builds on Cygwin with no errors, and all tests
pass. (well, actually dvipdf.test & texi2dvi.test fail when run from an
not-yet-installed build dir, but pass after make install and install-tex
to a location in the PATH ahead of the packaged 4.8 release version, so
I think that's just a limitation of the test harness.)
