Makes no difference. :(

`info/infokey` followed by `info/ginfo info` still puts the cursor
halfway the screen when scrolling up into the preceding node. This
is on a Konsole, but also in an xterm and on a VT.

ncurses-5.5, libc-2.5, gcc-3.4.5

This appears to work fine. But ... every advantage has its
disadvantage: now the absence of a Shift-Tab makes itself felt. :)
