how to set chapter font bigger?

Hi, 

How can i change the size of a new Chapter's font (not headings), as bigger
as LaTex make new chapters?

I know that using @fontextsize can set a new size for text, but not for
fonts used in parts (@top) and chapter (@chapter).

If the answer is only inside the texinfo.tex file, anybody knows more
exactly where?
