Indeed, but there could be an @-command setting it. This is mostly
relevant for HTML and TeX and it seems that it is already implemented
in both, so...

Does it use the third argument if present?
Maybe there could be a command along

Ok, but then it seems to me that omitting the argument and have it
automatically set is even better.
