Yes, that's right. On the other hand, it does have some advantages. In
particular, references to another manpages are followed by hitting
enter. This advantage would be destroyed by the proposed "cheap solution".

I'll see what could be done in this regard.

Of course this should be fixed, but, as a side note, you could as well
have run info --help:)
