pod2texi needs its modules, and the Texinfo perl modules, and their 
dependencies -- as well as the Pod::Simple::PullParserRun module which
we do not ship.

txixml2texi needs the Texinfo perl modules, but it also needs
XML::LibXML::Reader so we don't install txixml2texi in the default case.
