besides esides the *still* not included fix for texinfo bug #37823

Actually I will drop this patch maybe.
I never wrote it, it was handed to me when I took over texinfo
long time ago... and I never changed it.
THere are several places where numerical signal names are replaced
by symbolic names.

The patch was there since 4.3 or so ;-) So a long time.
I guess you didn't recreate the man page after you made the change,
that is all. Anyway, I will simply drop any patch and see if it helps.
