Hello maintainer

The last version (6.0) of the info reader chokes on the ocaml manual.

To reproduce the problem, unpack the attached archive infoman.tgz,
cd to infoman/ and lauch info reader as
% info -f ./ocaml.info.gz

The top node will not be displayed, info reader resorting to some default
behavior (ie displaying its 'dir' entries) with last, status, line
of display showing the message below:
Cannot fine Node 'Top'.

I am not sure this can be considered as a bug of the info reader,
as the ocaml manual is generated by hevea which may produce "incorrect"
info format. However this is a regression w.r.t, previous versions
of the info reader (tested with versions 5.2) that could read the ocaml manual.

Tested readers:

- From a recent Debian distribution:
% info --version
info (GNU texinfo) 6.0
...
% uname -a
Linux jurancon 3.12-1-amd64 #1 SMP Debian 3.12.8-1 (2014-01-19) x86_64 GNU/Linux

- Recompiled from sources on UBUNTU 14.04.3 LTS
% /opt/TST/bin/info --version
info (GNU texinfo) 6.0
% uname -a
Linux chianti 3.13.0-71-generic #114-Ubuntu SMP Tue Dec 1 02:34:22 UTC 2015
x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux

Regards,
