It worked for me, too.
Thank you.

But, still another errors occur while making LilyPond documents.
Attached files --- macro-html.texi and macro-quotation.texi --- are minimal 
examples.

By pdfTeX, both they are worked fine.
By LuaTeX, both they are failed like following:
