That's what the problem seems to be. I wonder whether it's really
necessary to use an absolute path. 'input_file_name_decode' sets
'in_input' to the absolute path. In 'run_tex', there is a fix for
paths containing spaces and/or other dodgy characters, but only for
--tidy.
