texinfo-6.1.90 build feedback

Earlier today, I did 113 builds of texinfo-6.1.90 in our extensive
test farm of scores of versions of Unix-like systems using CC=cc.  Of
those builds, 101 succeeded and passed all tests.

Of the remaining failures, the Solaris, OpenIndiana, and Hipster
(Illumos) ones were repaired by using CC=c99.

On two old Mac OS X systems, I got a few test failures:

        Mac OS X 10.5.8 (9L30) PowerPC and 10.7.5 (11G63) x86:
                FAIL: t/c-u-m-x-scroll-forward.sh
                FAIL: t/inc-sea-forward.sh
                FAIL: t/inc-sea-forward-nonregex.sh
                FAIL: t/inc-sea-insensitive.sh
                FAIL: t/inc-sea-history.sh

In my view, this test release is ready to go!
