Texinfo sources now in git

Texinfo has moved to use git for its version control.  Formerly, it used 
Subversion.

If you were using the Subversion repository on Savannah, no new commits 
should be made to it now.  The Subversion repository will be disabled 
soon.

You should be able to check out a fresh git repository by following the 
instructions at https://savannah.gnu.org/git/?group=texinfo.  Those who 
had commit access to the Subversion repository before should still have 
it for the new repository.
