Honestly, I wonder if the "see" could not be simply replaced by just an arrow,
or some other sign that does not require localization (in the context of
technical manuals). Or even, put that "see" as a preference string for the
output that the developer can replace with any string.
And, yes, please, document language declaration is way overdue :-)
