Not as far as I can tell. This code appears to have been untouched
for at least 10 years.
I've committed a change that should balance the left and right margins
(both 14 mm). I've left the vertical offset as it was.
I'm uploading the latest version of texinfo.tex to the downloads area,
ftp.gnu.org.
