Yes.

There's an easier way:

  (gdb) ./ginfo.exe
  (gdb) set new-console 1
  (gdb) run <whatever>

Then Info gets its own separate console, and you can use GDB
conveniently from its original terminal.  This works on Windows.

No such madness on Windows, thank goodness.  At least not yet.
