I'm sorry, I don't know what you mean by "the FTP".

The latest pretest (7.0.90, for 7.1) is uploaded
to https://alpha.gnu.org/gnu/texinfo/.

7.0.2.90 was the pretest before that (occuring before the 7.0.3 release).
