I see on
https://translationproject.org/domain/texinfo.html
it is still 7.0.2.90.
I checked the texinfo.pot and texinfo-document.pot files in the
prelease tarball on https://alpha.gnu.org/gnu/texinfo/. That has
"Project-Id-Version: GNU texinfo 7.0dev\n" where I suppose it should
be texinfo 7.0.90. That may be why the version was never updated.
I've made a note to investigate this for the next pretest release.
