Congratulations at completing this project.
Is this a release of all of the Texinfo software or just the documentation?
It is confusing, as at https://github.com/espindula/br-gnuti it says
Translation project of the "GNU Texinfo Manual" into Brazilian Portuguese.
I suggest to call it a translation of the manual or documentation to
avoid confusion. A translation of "GNU Texinfo 6.1" sounds like the whole
thing is being distributed. It looks to me like it is a translation of
the texinfo.texi manual.
