I have read the patch, and it has good comments.
I have already spoken about adding more complexity than necessary to
Texinfo, so now, I am leaving up to you, the Pros.
I think that, this way, no one will ever use my fixes to EPUB. Time will
certainly tell.
Hope that the CSS in EPUB works well (specially for EPUB conformancy,
which was my goal in all of this process).
