ANN: Classpathx project website

The classpathx project is a new GNU project to develop free extension
libraries for java.

I've put up a first draft of the home page at:

If anyone has any comments or suggestions about the page or the
project please let me know (preferably privately).

If you want to become a developer for the project, make sure you are
a registered savannah user.
