Are you building from an old release or is someone *still* shipping a circa-2006 version of config.guess? Your direct problem is that that config.guess is older than your CPU architecture. In fact, that version is so old that the URLs for obtaining the current version have changed and are now:

https://git.savannah.gnu.org/cgit/config.git/plain/config.guess
https://git.savannah.gnu.org/cgit/config.git/plain/config.sub


As for not being able to locate an "acaux" directory, what package are you trying to build and what *exact* command did you use? (Type it in a reply; please do not send another 7+MB picture of a screen. Some people do not use GUI email.)
