Thanks!  Reading your submission made me realize the useless case-branch in my
patch (which I will resubmit).

Also, so we don't forget: note that `gnu-config` already accepts this triple and
considers it canonical:

  $ gnu-config-2023-07-31/config.sub aarch64-uefi-coff
  aarch64-uefi-coff

... because it is parsing "uefi" as a *vendor*.  We should keep this in mind.
