I think it's worth my pointing out these things:
- If anything, my changes should _beautify_ the Tcl!!! :-) In all seriousness, I will try to merge some duplicate code and update comments, and even fix typos!
- Everything I submit will be tested first
- Everything I submit should be scrutinized and sent back if there are issues, even stylistic ones.

Rather than being completely explicit at this time, let me just say the some sort of "environment" may pertain while the compiles are going on, and the results, even in the 3rd case, may depend on all the input files at once. Or not. :-)

Heh.  OK, if you need it, you need it.  Very interesting.
As long is it doesn't uglify the TCL too much, it's
hard to object.
