PATCH: remove some unused utils.exp procs

This patch removes from (apparently) unused procs from utils.exp.  Is
there any chance that these could be used by third-party testsuites?

Updating documentation is HEAPS easier now!

        (slay): Likewise.
        (absolute): Likewise.
        (psource): Likewise.
        * testsuite/runtest.all/utils.test: Update.
        * doc/ref.xml: Remove documentation for above procs.
        * doc/dejagnu.texi: Regenerate.
