I would like to use the arguments we've drafted to start lobbying the
government to use Free Software more widely in public services. Does anyone
know how to go about this? I found the following link on the government web
site describing how to lobby your own MP:

but our MP is Cheryl Gillan, who's a whip but doesn't have direct
responsibility for IT. And she's not in government (Conservative). Would
the DTI be better?
