I propose a shared one (maybe twice the normal size) for the FSF NA, FSFE
and AFFS.

I will be at the Expo on both days and I will help out, where I can. But due
to my limited time, I've not been making public offers yet. That said, I'm
perfectly happy with you organising it. Does anyone from the committee
disagree?
