The Results of Our Last Three Trading Alerts are in! And they are impressive as usual, $1000.00 ($3,000 Total) invested in each of our last three Trading Alerts would have netted a whopping $6,479.16 or an amazing 116% return on your investment in less than 45 days. Our gains start from a very respectable 44.6% gain on HESG to and extraordinary gain of OVER 260% on EDNE.
What will the gain be on today's Trading Alert on BFHJ? Only time will tell but I would keep an eye on this one. There are only 25 million shares outstanding and a miniscule 6 million in the float but only a little more the 3 million in the system.
When BFHJ moves it should move fast as there is just no stock available. We recommend if you are going to buy not to wait as BFHJ has the potential to be explosive.

The growing nutraceutical industry has seen sales
increase dramatically as America becomes more health conscious. Two
major beneficiaries, Herbalife recently completed a
$172 million dollar IPO giving the company a market cap north of a
billion dollars while Nature's Sunshine is up over
100% in
the past 52 weeks. We started to look deeper into the industry and
discovered a small cap nutraceutical company that has us very
excited. If just one of the company's potential blockbuster
products makes a big splash, we think this idea will be one of our
better performers in 2005.
Today's Trading Alert is on Beneficial Holdings, Inc. (BFHJ.PK), Beneficial was established to bring to market three distinct lines of natural herbal and nutraceutical products developed by its anti-aging, nutrition and wellness subsidiary companies, Beneficial Nutraceuticals, Inc. and Beneficial Health Systems, Inc. Beneficials products include a line of dietary weight-loss supplements; sexual dysfunction/enhancement supplements and natural anabolic/performance supplements. Recently, the Company has also added a sleep aid product, anti-age and wrinkle products and a pain relief product. The Beneficial (BFHJ.PK) products are
all geared to improve health, fitness and wellness and have been
engineered for maximum results. Beneficial (BFHJ.PK) has
assembled an experienced management team that is dedicated to
delivering high-quality products to the public market.
Through its initial funding, Beneficial (BFHJ.PK) launched seven products referenced above and engaged former NBA basketball phenom Dennis Rodman as its spokesperson for the sexual enhancement line. Mr. Rodman actively marketed the products through television and radio appearances. Beneficial (BFHJ.PK) obtained contracts with major national retailers including CVS Pharmacy and GNC for its WillpowerRX product. Beneficial (BFHJ.PK) filled orders for CVS beginning last August and is owed over $1 million in receivables from CVS. In October, Beneficial (BFHJ.PK) began filling orders for GNC and is aggressively seeking placement of its products with other national retailers as well.
Beneficial (BFHJ.PK) has achieved a number of significant milestones within a relatively short period of time as a result of the ingenuity, dedication and commitment of its management team. Some of the most significant milestones achieved to date are as follows: Formulated, produced and manufactured seven unique, highly effective products with marketing and sales appeal; Featured as a sponsor of the Ultimate Combat Challenge television program aired on UPN Network for 16 consecutive weeks of broadcast; Engaged nationally-renowned ultimate fighters (no-holds barred fighting) Jeremy Horn and Justin Ellison as spokespersons for the company's anabolic/performance products. Engaged Dennis Rodman as the spokesperson for the company's sexual enhancement products (EnjoyRX and EnduranceRx) for a period of one-year with an option to renew for an additional year; Received national media exposure regarding the company's engagement of Dennis Rodman as its spokesperson on ESPN, local California television stations, as well as in numerous issues of the New York Post, Salt Lake Tribune and other national newspapers; Obtained National marketing exposure of the company's products through Dennis Rodman's appearances and endorsements of the products on:
Obtained National marketing exposure of the company's products through other special appearances, interviews and marketing efforts of Dennis Rodman, including: Numerous radio and broadcast interviews at the Pre-Grammy Media Day; The company's co-sponsorship (with Von Dutch) of the Dennis Rodman birthday bash in Los Angeles ; and New York City and South Hampton media/marketing campaign, featuring Dennis Rodman's personal appearances and endorsement of the company's products at local clubs and during media interviews; Obtained purchase orders from national retailers CVS/Pharmacy and GNC for the WillpowerRX product
Beneficial is breaking out on increasing volume and once it gets past the $.20 mark we think it will make a run at its next resistance level of $.50 before trying to reach its time high of $.60 per share set back in late 2004. Take a look at the chart below. Notice the 50 day moving average (DMA) and the 200 day moving average (DMA) have crossed. Technically it is very bullish when the 50 DMA crosses the 200 DMA on the upside. The last time this happened to BFHJ was in June of 2004 and the stock continued on a two month uptrend culminating with a high of $.60 per share in mid August. We think it's rather ironic that history looks to be repeating itself.
