printing.el v4.1

Hi Folks,


I'm announcing printing version 4.1.

Highlights since version 3.1:

   + New option pr-delete-temp-file to indicate if it's (or not) to delete
     temporary files.

   + New menu entry for even/odd printing.

   + Keyword :inherits-from changed to inherits-from:

   + Depends on ps-print version 6.0 or later.

   + Function subst-char-in-string is defined if it's not fboundp.

   + Lots of internal fixes.
