caps-mode.el

This is a very simple mode that gives you the equivalent of a
buffer-local caps lock key within Emacs.  It has been tested
successfully with GNU Emacs 21.3.50.1 (powerpc-apple-darwin7.4.0, X
toolkit) of 2004-06-22.
