gnugo.el 2.2.10 available + elisp-tutorial update

folks,

some bugfixes from user pov.  the big news is that the internals are
much more hacker friendly (less offensive, hopefully, to connoisseurs of
clean code ;-).  (some) details posted to the gnugo-devel m.l.

it will come as no surprise then, the other (small) bit of news: the
project focus for the elisp-tutorial has been switched from povray file
editing to sgf file editing.  an updated tarball is available.  (it has
only three lessons, still, but perhaps another will escape this year...)
