MSN or ICQ for EMACS anybody?

Hi!

I was just wondering if anybody of you ever thought of implementing an
interface to ICQ or MSN for EMACS it would make my switch to a complete
emacs based work stile damn handy also this way alot of things or my
work would go easier.

I'm not firm in doing any of these things yet but am currently starting
to learn more and more how to write lisp code by either trying or
reading examples by others so this list seems to be a healthy basis for
new interesting things to know about. Thanks for all the cool work you
guys are doing!
