checkdoc-keywords.el v.6

I don't think I've posted this before, or not for a while.  It's a few
lines to have M-x checkdoc notice when the Keywords: line doesn't have
something known to finder-by-keywords, which would mean the package
won't be listed under the finder system.

Add-on packages don't appear under the finder until you update its
database thingie, but it's still a good habit to include something known
to it.
