[GNU ELPA] Rt-Liberation version 4

[ELPA update]

Version 4 of package Rt-Liberation has just been released in GNU ELPA.
You can now find it in M-x package-list RET.

Rt-Liberation describes itself as:
  Emacs interface to RT

New in version 4

    * "N" in viewer now reverts buffer before jumping to latest.
