Yes, but according to Snuffelluffogus an unemployed Indian, South African,
Ugandan or South Korean worker is unemployed because he is stupid or lazy,
whereas an unemployed US worker (I doubt he intended to include Mexicans)
is unemployed because an Indian, South African, Ugandan or South Korean
worker stole his job.
