FSF : lackeys of their corporate masters

Ever since the beginning of personal computing, there has been
a hawkish element in the business community which likes to take advantage
of the enthusiasm of teenagers for programming computers, to get them
to work longer hours for less pay with fewer benefits than adults
would demand, so as to try to make a profit. Perhaps the worst
example of this deliberate exploitation (some of it fruitful
admittedly) has been the formation of the Free Software Foundation,
whose purpose is to provide a veneer of bogus ideology in order to
get young and old programmers to code for essentially no money.
This is not to say that hobbyists sharing code freely is a bad idea,
far from it, however the attitudes of FSFers have never been
so benign. GNU/Linux is shaped by the needs of corporations far more
than those of hobbyists. FSFers are paid by corporations and work to further
corporate interests. Exploitation of workers is one of such interest, and
free labor is the best possible outcome. Never mind that it is unethical,
immoral, or that it violates labor laws in spirit if not the letter of the law.
The de facto motto of the FSF is "corporate greed, not human need".
