I disagree that you should limit those who are alledgedly criminally
inclined. Any human being is criminally inclined in some way or another,
so you're venturing into future-crime prevention.

You need thought-police and other fascist-wannabe-kit resources for
that.

You need to temporarily limit freedoms of those who actually commit
crimes, and not of those tempted to do it.

Other than that, I agree that citizens should never be corporate
entities. They should be sentient creatures (like we humans are and
companies aren't).
