That is a ludicrous definition of "monopolistic situation".

A monopoly is by definition *one* entity controlling "most" of
a market.

That is a "oligopolistic situation", any economistic who calls it
monopolistic clearly isn't a competent economist. "They" are
hence fools for heeding the warnings of some economists who don't
know what they are talking about.
