"A" (just like anybody else) just needs to get one single copy or
written offer (from anyone who's in possession of it and is willing 
to give him a copy or transfer the offer) to have the rights granted 
exclusively to the copyright owner. That's not how the copyright 
works, stupid. Feel free to impose "copyleft" conditions *but only 
on derivatives works under copyright law* (because without your 
permission they can't even exist legally).
