As you've already been told several times, things like "life", 
"fulfillment of jobs" (heck, just think of bugs) and 
"independence" are all beyond the scope of copyright law (I 
mean the definition of "derivative work" under it). They 
aren't even mentioned in the GPL. So, try again.
