Names aren't "creative content" under copyright law. I'm pretty sure 
that MS Europe won't claim that DLLes are names databases protected
under the European copyright directive and that extraction of names
is blatant infringement. But given you silly stance, FSF Europe might 
try it OTOH, perhaps. Good luck (in finding totally drunken judge).
