Who ever claimed it was?  You should try to avoid abuse when weaseling
in such an obvious manner.  It makes you look even more clueless.

The GPL is a licence.  It permits things under conditions.  You are
free to ignore the licence, in which case you don't get the
permissions it grants.

Yes, you do.  First sale gives you the right to hand on a legally
acquired copy.  It does not give you the right to make copies yourself
and distribute them.  It is the GPL which grants you that right, but
of course only if you accept the conditions.

No.  It is only good for passing a copy, not for making copies
yourself.
