Well, in contrast to SCO, parties that are approached by the FSF
because of purported licence violations tend to prefer coming into
compliance to litigation.  It is rare that such cases get to the stage
of a preliminary injunction.

So it would appear to be a joke that is in serious circulation even in
legal departments.

If multibillion companies are not eager to have their legal
departments convulsed with laughter about this joke, there might be
more than some odd chance that it will not entirely amuse a judge.
