Care to elaborate? It seems to yield "all works that contain the GPLed 
work" even when no work is being "a derivative work of the GPLed work." 

At least explain how come that your muddy-the-water "or" managed to 
escape from the earlier/preceding proposition that

    The GPL only requires derivative works to be distributed under the 
    GPL.

Do you grok the distinction between derivative works and compilations
(uncopyrightable aggregations outside the scope of copyright laws aside 
for a moment)?

Are you suffering from the same kind of schizophrenia as Merijn de 
Weerd?
