Moronic RMS's characterizations and his "compatibility" verdicts 
aside for a moment, I can't find "a non-free" Microsoft Shared Source 
License (in fact, any of Microsoft Shared Source Licenses -- there are 
many) among 

http://opensource.org/licenses/
