   Sorry , but that part just plane demagogy.  Consider alternatives
   secret or patent , society allready make a choice.

Society does not such thing, it does not decide if you are going to
revoke the rights of computer users or not.  You as a person do that.
Patents as such are injust and evil, software patents even more so.
They do harm to society.

   Maybe some constructive suggestions for person who try to give out
   as much of his work as possible.  But still alive and need food and
   roof.

This is all possible with free software.
