Given that MS vouchers don't contain any code whatsoever, what does 
it have to do with copyright to begin with? Suppose that I'll offer 
you a voucher for Microsoft Windows that you can redeem in a shop 
of a friend of mine. Do you really expect me to go to Microsoft and 
ask for permission (take a license) to hand you such voucher?
