Well, and an actual, present monopoly position, too.  And a particular
leverage of this position being applied to the market.

A bit more than that, actually.  But speculation about "if Wallace was
right" is sort of moot because first one would have to figure out what
his claim is.  Even after several admonitions and a lot of prodding of
the court, he failed to state one.
